SHIPPING

We cannot ship to any jails, prisons, correctional facilities, or detention centers.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours from when the order was received, unless a special delivery date is requested.

Packages are shipped Monday through Friday.

Shipping Options:

Priority Mail will result in 2-4 day shipping.

Priority Mail Express will result in 1-2 day shipping. This option is typically overnight shipping, however some locations will result in 2-day shipping (Western U.S. locations will likely be 2-day shipping).

International Shipping (Military) will result in 7-15 day shipping.

Shipping to an international APO/FPO/DPO address:

  • Always select the “Priority Mail” option for shipping.
  • Enter APO/FPO/DPO in the “City” box of the shipping address
  • Enter AE/AP/AA in the “State” box of the shipping address

LATE OR MISSING PACKAGES

If a package shipped to a U.S location is not received within 1 week of purchase please contact our support team (855-906-2008).

If a package shipped to an international location (Military) is not received within 3 weeks of purchase please contact our support team (855-906-2008).

Any package that is determined to be missing will be replaced or a refund will be offered. We will file a claim with our shipping provider.

****Note****

Many colleges keep packages in separate mailrooms and may not notify students they have received anything. We highly recommend contacting the recipient of the package after 1 week of purchase to notify them, if haven’t done so already.


PACKAGE MISSING ITEMS

Sometimes our penguins can make mistakes! If a package is missing any items, please contact us immediately. We will send all missing items at no additional cost.


DENIED PACKAGE

Some colleges, camps or facilities will not allow outside packages or a package may have been shipped to an undeliverable address. If a package is returned to us, we will contact the sender and offer two options:

  • Refund the cost of the package, excluding shipping costs
  • Resend the package with a new shipping address (customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs)

ITEM SWAP

We reserve the right to exchange any products for a product of equal or greater value. Our premade packages contain products that are sold seasonally and we are occasionally unable to stock some items at all times of the year. In the contents section of each package, we strive to indicate if there will be an item swapped for an alternate product.


TAX

 Sales tax will be collected on any purchases made by persons billable within the state of New York.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

We guarantee the sender and recipient of every package complete satisfaction OR a full refund may be offered. If unsatisfied please contact us within 10 days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
